These Garlic Parmesan Wings are crispy, golden, and tossed in a buttery garlic honey sauce, then finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan and wing dust. Sweet, savory, and finger-lickin’ good—your next go-to wing recipe!
Ingredients
For the Wings:
• Chicken wings (party wings or split whole wings)
• All-purpose flour (for coating)
• Cornstarch
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder
• Paprika
• Dry mustard
• Chica Licka Bam Bam chicken rub
• Salt & black pepper (optional)
For the Sauce:
• 1 stick of butter
• Fresh garlic (minced)
• Honey
• Fresh or dried parsley
• Grated Parmesan cheese
• Wing dust (optional, for finishing)

Method
1. Season the Wings
In a bowl, season wings with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cornstarch, mustard, and Chica Licka Bam Bam rub. Mix well to coat all the pieces.
2. Marinate
Let the wings marinate for at least 40 minutes (or 30 if you’re rushing it).
3. Season the Flour
In a separate bowl, season your flour with the same spices you used on the wings. I added Fire & Smoke The Usual All Purpose.
4. Coat the Wings
Toss the marinated wings in the seasoned flour until well coated. You can double coat if you want extra crunch, but a single coat works fine too.
5. Fry Until Golden Brown
Fry wings in hot oil until crispy and golden.
Signs your wings are done:
• They float to the top
• Juices run clear (no pink or blood)
• The texture is crispy, not soft or rubbery
6. Make the Sauce
Melt 1 stick of butter in a pot over low heat. Add in minced garlic and parsley (fresh or dried). Stir in a drizzle of honey and let it all melt and blend together.
7. Sauce the Wings
Pour the honey garlic butter over the fried wings. Toss well to coat every piece. Then add a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and toss again until everything is coated and sticky.
8. Finish It Off
Sprinkle on some wing dust if you have it, and boom—voilà! Wings done. Crispy, saucy, sweet, and savory perfection.
